Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display.

Products are handcrafted and variations in appearance, scent, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
SECTION 6 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING
This section applies to any products purchased on a subscription or recurring delivery basis.
A. Subscription Plans
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated frequency (e.g., monthly or every three months) at the subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal, inclusive of any applicable discounts.
B. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Your billing date will be disclosed at checkout and in your customer account.
C. Discounts
Subscription discounts (including but not limited to 10% for monthly plans and 5% for three‑month plans) apply only while the subscription remains active and may be modified or discontinued with prior notice.
D. Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, changes or cancellations must be completed before the renewal cutoff stated in your account (generally at least 48 hours prior to billing).
E. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge using Shopify’s payment retry system. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
F. Product Availability
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may delay shipment, substitute with a comparable product, or skip the shipment at our discretion. You will be notified when feasible.
G. Price Changes
Subscription pricing may change. If it does, we will notify you prior to your next renewal.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information and to promptly update such information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or placed by resellers.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third‑party tools “as is” without warranties. Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout, through a form, keyword, or other opt-in method, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages from Bacchus’s Bathhouse, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (where permitted by law).
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
