At Bacchus’s Bathhouse, we take care to ensure your handcrafted products are packed securely and shipped promptly so they arrive safely at your door.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping (Fixed Price)
We offer Standard Fixed Price Shipping on most orders within the United States. This rate is calculated and displayed at checkout and applies regardless of order size or weight, unless otherwise noted.
Carriers used for standard shipping may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected at our discretion based on the best available service for your order.
Express Shipping
Customers may also select Express Shipping options at checkout. Express shipping rates are:

Express shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

At this time, Bacchus’s Bathhouse ships within the United States only.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. While we work hard to meet all stated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Bacchus’s Bathhouse is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
