At Bacchus’s Bathhouse, each product is handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal use. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict no-return policy on all bath, body, and personal care items.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the hygienic considerations involved with personal care items, returned goods cannot be resold or reused. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of every item we offer.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to love your order.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receipt if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

If an issue is confirmed, we will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed damage or order error:

  • Soaps, candles, perfumes, beard oils, and other personal care goods

  • Limited edition or seasonal items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Subscription orders once processed or shipped


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect item was sent

  • Items were damaged during shipping

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@bacchussbathhouse.com.


Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals are considered final once processed. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been billed or shipped. Customers are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions prior to their renewal date.

We currently ship within the United States only.
